Sachin is the most awesome outstanding player of the century.. what a match.. 175 runs .. Brilliant.
But the presentation ceremony said it all. Disappointment written all over his face. He wanted to win. And he could not have done more. But still, ending up on the losing side…
I am utterly disappointed. And that Dhoni is a git of a man. Can’t he appreciate the man for the ehsaan.. for the spirit with which he played. Even Ponting said that Sachin delivered an outstanding knock. But, the captain of Indian Team was audacious enough to not appreciate his own team member. that too the best one.
Chor saala dhoni. I hate him huh.. khud se toh hota nahin jo kerte hein unki taarif nahin ker sakta.. jhootha ..
Hats off
So this Sachin is pretty good Huh?
I guess it is cricket…I am not sure if I have ever watched a cricket game. I don't know any of the rules that is for sure. I watch professional football and baseball on the TV sometimes so I can take a nap.
I am sorry your team didn't win.
Sounds like you don't take naps during cricket games.
whatta match…whatta match…WHATTA MATCH!!!
"heartbreak" is the only word that describes it…sachin did all he can n much more…under such pressure he played the innings of a lifetime…he is the best ever!
australia didn't deserve 2 lose, but then neither did sachin!
Hey
Really really missing your soul stirring poems..
do something
tc..
@gray- yes Sachin is greatest after Bradman
@blunt- whatta match
@Slow Processor- awww… will soon come back…
i do agree, Dhoni could have been much more grateful to Sachin and his BRILLIANT performance(he is GOD) but then there is also the disappointment of the rest of the team…none of the top order batsmen played well in that game….and the fielding was hopeless…
I was heartbroken to see Sachin not crack a smile even with all those praises thrown at him.
But the this series has been so exciting to the last ball of every freaking match…
AND i'l be attending the match happening in Mumbai on the 11th…so YAY…
I hope India performs its best and Sachin scores a double century this time… π
high hopes i know… π
I often wonder if sachin would have born in any other country, would he still be considered as the greatest or even one of the greatest. Though I am also one of the biggest fan of his art of batting, but also being a die-heart-fan of cricket, I always feel that greatness of Sachin is only a byproduct of the bad compostition of the only game in the country, in which we hold some respect. He has always been a part of a team, which plays on the potential of individuals and fuels not only Sachinβs greatness but every player who plays well once in a while. The team has never learnt to play as a cohesive unit and that is also the reason we sometime lose the matches, which we have already pocketed.
Yeah i agree.Sachin is is the most outstanding player India has offered to world cricket.
When world agrees on it, why to worry about dhoni.
last lines were sweet π
Thanks for the nice compliment on my blog π
I thought exactly the same thing- that Dhoni dint even mention Sachin! How sad can you get!
Love Sachin!
phir yaad dila diya tune π
I hate Dhoni too.. even before knowing that you hate him.. π
@NIm- As always we agree π thank u for being a fellow cribber π
@Satyam Sharma- probably this was more sensible rant than my blog post.. but then, satyam being an Indian obsession for cricket and sachin's greatness cannot be put to compromise of any sorts
@Mahesh- u r welcome for visitng your blog and welcome here as well.. hehe. and right why to worry about Dhoni!!!
@Soubhikda- yes yes i know reminding about this was not my intention..but i think u cant help in such times..
@baharul- good
